By accessing and using this service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
When using these particular services you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement.
If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Intellectual Property
Ferndale Livestock Management and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Joshua Bilson and are protected by international copyright and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Legal Liability
Ferndale Livestock Management and its components are offered for informational purposes only; this site shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information held, transmitted or made available via the site, and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information.
It is your responsibility to understand your Livestock record keeping requirements that have been put in place by Australian Law, our service is here to assist you with your record keeping but we accept no legal liability if you fail to meet these requirements.
Defects or Errors with the System
Although updates to Ferndale Livestock Management are tested before release, unexpected errors may occur.

Payment Policy
Ferndale Livestock Management is operated as subscription service.
Ferndale Livestock Management subscription is on a yearly basis and must be paid in advance.
The user will be sent an invoice in respect to the fees, the user must pay this invoice prior to the licence expiry date.
Once the team at Ferndale Livestock Management confirm receipt of payment the users subscription date will be updated.
If payment is not received prior to the licence expiry date the user will still be able to log in to Ferndale Livestock Management, but the system will be read only, the user will not be able to update or add records until payment is confirmed as received by Ferndale Livestock Management staff.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement by giving at least 30 days written notice to the other party.
Ferndale Livestock Management may suspend access and use of this system during any period in which customer is in breach of the terms and conditions,
Ferndale Livestock Management may suspend access and use of this system to conduct maintenance (scheduled or emergency) of the Livestock Management System.
Refunds
Change of Mind : Ferndale Livestock Management does not offer any refund if you simply change your mind, or find a simular service cheaper elsewhere.
Failure to match product description : A request based on this reason is addressed on a case-by-case basis and subject to our approval.
Refunds are only considered in cases where the product does not match the written description or associated video content.
When a refund is requested, we require a description of how the product failed to meet your expectations so that we can make improvements to the product or the description.
Privacy Policy
Ferndale Livestock Management is committed to providing quality services to you and this policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of how we manage your Personal Information.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions
Ferndale Livestock Management reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes to our privacy policy, we will announce that these changes have been made on our home page and on other key pages on our site. If there are any changes in how we use our site customers' Personally Identifiable Information, notification by email will be made to those affected by the change.
